Provider compliance and training
CareMore Health partners with providers to support consistent, whole-person care across every stage of the patient journey. Required compliance reviews and annual attestations ensure alignment. Our training resources reinforce documentation standards, quality initiatives, and more to support the best possible patient outcomes.
Annual compliance attestation
All CareMore Health providers are required to review compliance information within 90 days of the effective date of their agreement and annually thereafter. The compliance information includes the following:

A Physician’s Practical Guide to Culturally Competent Care
Developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, this accredited program supports physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners with practical guidance for delivering culturally responsive care in clinical settings.

Think Cultural Health
Think Cultural Health is a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services initiative. It offers case study videos about culturally and linguistically appropriate clinical encounters to help you implement the National Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards in your daily work.
Risk-adjustment training
Our Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialists provide comprehensive risk‑adjustment training and documentation education to support accurate, complete clinical documentation. This training enhances provider communication and ensures documentation reflects the true complexity of each patient’s health status.
In addition to risk‑adjustment education, the CDI team can also offer PAHAF completion training and support. Providers may request training or documentation assistance by contacting their assigned CDI Specialist or by emailing our CDI Support team at CDIsupport@caremore.com.
