Protecting the Personal Information we collect from patients, members, employees, and other individuals is a core responsibility of our organization. This Privacy Policy was written for you when visiting Caremore.com, including its subpages and our respective company websites. The Privacy Policy is only intended to describe what Personal Information may be collected from you when browsing our sites or accessing our associated platforms, and should be reviewed alongside our Terms of Use and Notice of Privacy Practices, as applicable.
This Privacy Policy does not govern protected health information (“PHI”) that we collect from patients in the course of providing healthcare services. For CareMore patients, our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we collect, use, and protect PHI.
